Mystic Marriott Hotel and Spa

Great for families. Service was wonderful from front desk to cleaning staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel lobby staff Went the extra mile, and after hearing about my negative experience with the on-site restaurant, had my meal comped.

Great place, the room was neat and clean.I love the environment.I want to thank you the black Female Manager who worked on the evening shift on Saturday October 14th.I can't remember her name.Thank you so much for all your help.You are so amazing, please keep doing the good work.

Breakfast was great, the service was good, it took a little longer because there was a group for a wedding so it was kind of busy.

Staff and services. Had a problem with the shower are first night and was quickly moved to a different room and given a voucher for breakfast.

The property was extremely clean and well kept up with. The staff, especially Jesse at the the front desk, were exceptionally kind and helpful.
